You don’t have to be fit to join the gym!

So you’re thinking about joining a gym?

Are you hesitant to join a gym because you think you’re not fit enough? At CrossFit Shropshire, we’re here to tell you that you don’t need to be fit to join a gym. It’s our job to help you build and improve your fitness, no matter your starting point.

The truth is, you to start somewhere. Even the fittest athletes in the world had to begin at the beginning. They had to learn the basics, build a foundation, and work their way up. The same goes for you. You don’t need to be in shape to join a gym. You just need to be willing to put in the work.

How we will help you

At CrossFit Shropshire, we offer programs for people of all fitness levels. We have 1:1 beginner sessions for those who are just starting out, and we have group classes if you who are ready for a challenge. You will meet our who coaches are experts in their field and are committed to helping you achieve your goals.

You will be surrounded by people who are on the same journey as you at CorssFit Shropshire. You’ll meet others who are just starting out, as well as people who have been on this journey for years. Here you will find a community of supportive and encouraging individuals who will cheer you on and help you along the way.

What happens when you join

When you join CrossFit Shropshire, you’ll start with a consultation with one of our coaches. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your goals and your fitness level. We’ll create a customised plan that’s tailored to your needs and abilities. We’ll help you set realistic goals and work with you to achieve them.

At CrossFit Shropshire, we believe that fitness is a journey, not a destination. There’s no end point to being fit. It’s a lifelong pursuit. You will be helped to build habits that will last a lifetime. You will also be taught importance of proper nutrition, hydration, and recovery. We’ll help you find a balance that works for you, so that you can maintain your fitness for years to come.

We understand that joining a gym can be intimidating, especially if you’re new to fitness. But we want to assure you that you’re not alone. We’ve helped hundreds of people just like you achieve their fitness goals. We’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of fitness. You change your life in ways you never thought possible.
