15 Power Snatches 35/25kg

-Pistol progressions
Play around and practice Pistols, 1 leg squats!

-Immediately ride 400m post workout. Focus on good skill for the duration of this ride.

Max Effort Power Snatch, find our 1 rep max, then the open wod. If poss do this rx and with STRICT movement standards. A judge is needed (we know you’re not uploading to the games leader board)
