Why Goal Reviews Matter

Every 90 days, you’ll sit down for a quick 15-minute meeting with one of our expert coaches. In that time, we’ll:

✅ Celebrate all the progress you’ve made.
✅ Identify any roadblocks or challenges you’ve been facing.
✅ Create a fresh action plan to crush your next milestone.

These sessions are personal, focused, and designed specifically for YOU. It’s your time to reflect, strategize, and reignite your motivation — with full guidance from a professional who knows you and your goals.

What Can You Use Your Goal Review For?

Maybe you’ve secretly been thinking about signing up for a 5K race.
Maybe you want to lose 5 pounds before summer.

Or maybe you’re not sure what’s next — you just know you want to keep progressing.

During your goal review, we can:

  • Build you a personal plan to hit a performance goal (like a new deadlift PR or completing a Spartan race).
  • Craft a weight-loss or nutrition strategy based on YOUR lifestyle and schedule.
  • Focus on skill development — flexibility, pull-ups, overhead squats, double-unders — you name it.
  • Help you recover better, train smarter, and avoid burnout.
  • Answer all those training or diet questions you think of during class but never get a chance to ask.

How It Works

Step 1: We’ll reach out to schedule your first goal review every 90 days.
Step 2: Meet your coach for a focused, fun 15-minute session (it can be in person or online!).
Step 3: Walk away with a personal plan tailored just for you — and the full support of the CrossFit Shropshire coaching team.
