What This Programme Is About
This is a 5-week nutrition education and habit-building programme built around:
- Macro tracking
- Eating a balanced diet
- Learning how your body responds to food
- Creating long-term consistency
We use the If It Fits Your Macros approach to calculate how many calories you need right now, based on your goals, lifestyle, and training.
If your goal is fat loss, the aim is to do this as efficiently as possible while staying healthy.
No crash dieting. No extreme restriction. Just smart adjustments over time.

How It Works
Macro Tracking & Balanced Eating
You’ll learn:
- What macronutrients are (protein, fat, carbs)
- What micronutrients are and why they matter
- How to track your food accurately
- How to adjust intake as your body changes
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about awareness, education, and consistency.
The 5-Week Structure
We build habits one step at a time, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
Week 1: Eat the Right Amount of Protein
Protein is the foundation.
- Supports muscle
- Improves recovery
- Helps control appetite
This week is about getting protein right, nothing else.
Week 2: Protein + Fat
We layer in fats:
- Hormone health
- Satiety
- Energy balance
Still simple. Still manageable.
Week 3: Protein, Fat & Carbs
Now we introduce carbohydrates properly:
- Fuel for training
- Performance support
- Energy for daily life
You’ll learn how carbs fit your lifestyle, not fight it.
Week 4: Protein, Fat, Carbs & Fibre
Fibre is the missing link for many people:
- Gut health
- Appetite control
- Better digestion
- Improved food quality
This is where eating well really clicks.
Week 5: Your Personal Macro Targets
By week five:
- You’ll know exactly what works for you
- You’ll understand how to adjust your macros
- You’ll be eating like the person you want to be
