It has been a long few months but spring is here and COVID restrictions are easing off so this means we have something to look forward to. Thank you all for taking part in all the fun activities we did in all the lockdowns.
From Monday 29/03/21 we are allowed to open the gym for outside training!
We have cleaned and moved kit in the gym so we can access it easily for outdoor use. We have cleaned the grounds to ensure we have a great venue to welcome you all back to.
Like before, please can you all use the hand wash station when arriving and give all the kit you use a nice clean too.
The schedule to start back with outside training is like this:
Our schedule is now on wodify, we need you to book your space on the class and we will record attendance for track and trace with wodify so please sign into class too.
Spaces will open up 7 days before the class, so moving forward you can reserve your next class at the start of the class you are attending.
CFS is a gym where we help people as much as we can, this is why we are a coaching gym. We will limit class numbers to 8 people even though we are outside, this way the coach on duty will be able to coach you and you can’t hide in the back of a big class. Also the coach will keep you safe and ensure we all do social distancing.
Next week, please can everyone return the kit we loaned out. Now we are open again for in-person training we need the kit back, so everyone can start hitting the PBs again!!
The next stage
There are still three more weeks on our Intramural Open, so if you missed any of the previous workouts we can still fit them in!
We have some exciting challenges planned, for after the open ends too so watch this space!
Our coaches are so excited to see everyone again. As we open up and as demand increases for classes we will be able to put on more classes. PT schedule will stay the same and we will still do the outdoor 1:1 sessions too. However we can now do semi private PTs too, so if you want to train with a friend ask your coach on how to set this up!
