A: The CrossFit Total (Total Weight)
B: Barbell 24min test (AMRAP – Reps)
As many reps as possible in 24 mins of:
Snatch, 60% 1RM, 4 mins
Rest 4 mins
Overhead Squat, 60% 1RM, 4 mins
Rest 4 mins
Clean & Jerk, 60% 1RM, 4 mins
Complete as many reps as possible in 4mins Then 4mins rest and move on to next movement.
C: Row, Run Pull up (Time)
For time:

Run, 400 m
