Why should teens workout?
Being secondary school age can be challenging both physically and mentally. The best thing we can do is make our teens strong mentally ans physically. At our gym, our teen fitness programme is founded on two primary goals. The first goal is to help our teens develop a love for health and fitness that lasts into adulthood. Studies show that exposing our adolescents to fitness can build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions. Our second goal is to build strength to protect our teens from sport-related injuries. Building strength is a crucial part of keeping our teens’ developing bodies safe.
Also we have proper Teacher led sessions to provide personalized guidance and feedback, ensuring that participants learn academic subjects too.
Strength and durability
Our programmes make teens less prone to getting injured. We teach proper movement patterns that keep them healthy in sports and in life.
Mental health
Teens in our programmes develop confidence and self-belief. This translates directly to academic and professional success, and makes them more resilient against mental health challenges.
Teacher led
With experienced teachers at the helm, teacher-led sessions offer a supportive environment where individuals can safely challenge themselves and progress at their own pace.
Our 11-16 year olds participants gain valuable knowledge, motivation, and accountability, ultimately leading to greater confidence and long term success.
Lifelong habits
Routines formed in adolescence are easier to sustain through adulthood. We help instill teens with a love for exercise that they'll carry for years to come.
