Add chains and or bands (if needed) then start light and work up the the working weight. About 50 quality warm up reps and mix in MWODs in between warmup sets.
Add crossover symmetry activation set before warmups

Shoulder Press (10×2 at 70% DE style.)

Keep the barbell speed fast. Do optimal reps only.

Press, PP and Jerk and Run (Time)

21 Shoulder Press, 95/75 lbs

Run, 400 m

21 Push Press, 95/75 lbs

21 Push Jerks, 95/75 lbs
